Dr Simon Cooper

After completing a degree in biological sciences at the University of Oxford, Dr Simon Cooper continued his academic journey by studying molecular biology and research training at Reading University. He then obtained a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Cambridge. Throughout his career, he has utilised his in-depth scientific knowledge in a variety of roles.

Dr Cooper works with the Chloralieve marketing team, as well as with a number of other Prestige Brands. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has developed formulations for a number of well-known healthcare brands, including Strepsils and Nurofen. He has also advised many other healthcare companies across the globe.

Augmenting his scientific and healthcare credentials, Dr Cooper has skills in a range of other key disciplines, including branding, marketing, advertising, big data, and research and development.
